Health & Life Insurance Agent
We are currently seeking a Licensed Health & Life Insurance Agent to join our team. As an agent, you meet directly with our clients, work with a variety of companies, have a team of support professionals to assist you as well as your clients, and there’s no cold calling or door knocking involved.
Primary Responsibilities
- Demonstrate solid understanding of insurance products available to clients.
- Service existing client accounts and help generate new client accounts.
- Analyze clients’ needs and present them with coverage options.
- Keep clear and detailed records of client interactions and tasks in CRM.
- Assist in claims management.
- Advocate for clients’ needs with multiple carriers.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Hold a Health and Life Insurance license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Minimum of one year Insurance sales experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of various products from multiple carriers.
- Demonstrated ability to present a variety of options and help clients make decisions.
- Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

General office hours are 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday, with the exception of Open Enrollment periods, where overtime is mandatory. This is our busiest time of the year and we need all hands on deck to serve our clients’ needs!
