Attend a Member Meeting
Important: Member Meetings Are Only for Current Plan Members
To best serve you during the Annual Election Period (AEP), Insurance Associates hosts member meetings on behalf of two major regional companies in Northwestern WI: Security Health Plan and Medica.
You may attend only the meeting for the company you are currently enrolled with. Medicare regulations require that these meetings are limited to current members of each company. If you are not enrolled with that company, we cannot allow you to attend.
At your company’s member meeting (in-person or online), you will:
- Learn about the upcoming changes for the 2026 plan year.
- Review the great benefits your plan already provides.
- Hear answers to questions from other members that you may not have thought to ask.
Not a current client? Schedule an initial meeting with an agent!
